This course provides instruction in one of Shankara's most beautiful and well known chants, Siva Manasa Puja, is a mental puja to Siva that's been characterized as the "offering of light back to light." The effects of Vedic chanting will increase your lively intelligence, awareness of the subtle body, and ease in acquiring deep states of meditation.
