Course Curriculum Outline:
- Expertise and Proficiency in the pronunciation and cultured feeling of the 50 sacred syllables of Sanskrit
- Fluent reading skills in Devanagari, the Sanskrit script
- Immersion in the six main rules of Sanskrit Vedic chanting
- Proficiency in Prakrti and Vikrti styles of traditional Vedic chanting instruction
- Advanced Energetic Effects of Sanskrit on the Subtle Nervous System
- The Enlivened History of Sanskrit & Yoga – Part 1 (Vedas, and Classical Yoga)
- Practical techniques and guidance for integrating Sanskrit into your Yoga teaching and practice
