Vedic Mantra Initiation for Personal Meditation Practice
During this mini-retreat those participants who do not currently practice the Blissful Wave Meditation Technique will receive instruction in this effortless meditation practice according to the ancient methods of the Shankaracharya tradition that have maintained its purity for over 10,000 years. It is a very simple practice to learn and it rapidly and effectively brings you to a state of turiya the fourth state of consciousness characterized by restful alertness within the first few minutes of practice. The practice brings an immediate experience of deep rest and relaxation eliminating toxins and fatigue, while leaving the mind feeling clear, calm, and sharp ready for dynamic activity.
The retreat will provide a minimum of 8-10 hours of instruction spread across the 2 consecutive days of the retreat during which you will learn the practice of the Blissful Wave Meditation and gain a complete and thorough understanding of how to practice it correctly including understanding of the mechanics of the meditation process and how to ensure effectiveness of practice on an ongoing regular basis.
For those attending the retreat who have learned and already practice the Blissful Wave Meditation, the retreat will emphasize a deeper understanding of the practice through extended periods of deep meditation along with in-depth discussions of meditation experiences.
