Sacred arts have always formed a sublime component of the Yoga and Tantric traditions. With their power to infuse our senses with the bliss of the transcendent, sacred arts make us feel whole again by revealing to something higher than our limited self.

Through the instruction of our expert affiliated faculty, we offer the following classes in Sacred Arts.

Sacred Arts for Yogis™:
The Beauty of the Form and the Bliss
of the Flow

This introductory course explores the relationship between the practice of Yoga asana and the sacred arts of ancient Vedic architecture, dance, music and sculpture. We’ll explore in text and image the history of art from sacred cultures that arose out of the Yogic and Tantric experience -- we’ll drink in living examples of these same arts.

Upon completing this course, you’ll discover your own rasa (deep aesthetic feeling) within your regular Yoga practice and inspire it within your students
